Lewis Taylor is the Founder and CEO of First30Seconds, a company dedicated to building “Brand You” by helping leaders, teams, and organizations design customized solutions that drive success for both customers and employees. Through personalized coaching, consultations, and outcome-based strategies, First30Seconds makes career and business goals not only attainable but sustainable.

A retired and decorated U.S. Army combat veteran, Lewis brings the same discipline, focus, and resilience from his military service into the business world. He is also the author of the "How Might We"  book series and is widely recognized as a transformational business executive who has successfully scaled and evolved organizations at Cisco, Dropbox, Rackspace, Sprint, and ClearDATA.

At Cisco, Lewis led a $4B portfolio and a high-performing global team of 800+ professionals. Prior to that, he served as VP and Global Head of CX and Support at Dropbox, guiding customer experience for a user base of more than 750 million customers.

Beyond corporate leadership, Lewis is passionate about cultivating leadership talent and mentoring veterans transitioning into the workforce. His thought leadership has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, and he was named one of Austin Black Business Journal’s Top 10 Black Executives in 2021.
